Meal Plans - Any member of the U.S. Armed Services (Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard) who is called to Active Duty, Activated, or Mobilized and is on a meal plan has the option to be refunded any unused portion from the beginning date of their orders. Should a U.S. Service Member meal card holder need to exercise this option, he/she must submit copies of supporting documentation, such as deployment and/or mobilization orders, to both the Office of Campus Auxiliary Services and The Office of Veteran and Military Services.
