Telecommunications

The SUNY New Paltz Telecommunications Department provides telephone service for students who live in the on-campus residence halls. It is located in the Haggerty Administration Building, Room 40 and the office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

If you have any questions regarding your bill or telephone service, you may call them at (845) 257-3003. If you have any questions regarding voice mail, you may call at the Student Voice Mail Help Line at (845) 257-3801. The Student and Voice Mail Handbook is available to students and the Telecommunications web site offers complete information about their services.
