Our hope for this space is that all students, regardless of background or financial capacity, can get support with understanding what it means to be yourself in the workplace; understand the relationship between personal style, our beliefs, and our cultures; and learn about professional expectations of clothing choices in the workplace. In support of this mission, we encourage you to use this service to find what fits you, your lifestyle, and your personal brand! We look forward to seeing you soon.
Thank you for your interest in utilizing The Professional Edge Career Closet! This service is only made possible for our students due to the generosity of our community. In order to keep this service accessible, we ask that all students who visit the closet keep the following guidelines in mind.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:
We do our best to maintain a variety of sizing options available, but cannot control what donations we receive at any given time.
We respect all gender identities and expressions. While clothing is sorted based on traditional menswear and womenswear sizing, we encourage students to choose clothing from any rack!
Staff will respectfully exit the room while you try on clothing. Please let us know if you need any support during this time.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU:
All items you select during your visit are free and yours to keep. No returns are necessary, but you're welcome to bring items back after your event if you no longer have use for them.
Students may schedule one appointment per semester.
At your appointment, you may select up to 5 unique items (no duplicates, please).
Please leave all food and beverages outside the Career Closet.
* We are not currently accepting donations. Please refer back to this page for available donation times and instructions.
