Who is Considered an International Student?
Any student who is not a US citizen nor permanent resident of the United States is considered an international student and will require a non-immigrant visa to study legally in the United States.
Official Transcripts: An official transcript is documentation of a student's permanent academic record including the courses that have been completed and the marks that have been received for those courses. If your school or national education department does not provide transcripts, please provide a certified record of the courses and examinations taken, This would include Government Examination certificates (such as GCSE-"O" Level, IGCSE, "A" Level).

You must submit official secondary/high school transcripts in the original language and in a translated English version (if applicable).
Transfers: If you were admitted and attended a college/university (inside or outside of the U.S.) you are considered a transfer student. You must submit:
official college/university transcripts from that college/university. If you attended more than one college/university, you must submit official transcripts from all colleges/universities.
high school transcript in both the original language and a translated English version (if applicable) if you have less than 45 completed college credits.
Foreign Course Evaluation: We recommend that transfer students obtain an evaluation of your non-US university transcript(s) in a course-by-course evaluation from a credential evaluation service that is a member in good standing with the National Association of Credential Evaluation Service (NACES). You can visit www.naces.org for information about these services.
