Automatic Withdrawal from College

Policy and Procedure

According to Undergraduate College policy, active students who do not register for classes will be automatically withdrawn from the College based on the schedule outlined below. Students who are withdrawn must reapply for admission if they wish to enroll in future courses.

Continuing matriculated undergraduate students	Withdrawn after the 15th day of the third semester of separation from fall and spring semesters (winter and summer terms are excluded).	Click here
Students on leave of absence	Withdrawn after the 15th day of the third semester after two consecutive fall and spring leave semesters (winter and summer terms are excluded).	Click here
New admit undergraduate freshman, transfer and readmitted students	Withdrawn after the 15th day of the first semester if there is no registration or if all courses were dropped prior to the 15th day (winter and summer terms are excluded).	Click here
Non-matriculated undergraduates	Inactivated after the 15th day of the semester if there is no registration or if all courses were dropped prior to the 15th day (winter and summer terms are excluded).	Click here
