Automatic Withdrawal from College

Policy and Procedure

Active students who do not register for classes will be automatically withdrawn from college by undergraduate college policy, according to the following schedule. All withdrawn students must reapply to the college, if they wish to enroll in courses.

Continuing matriculated undergraduate students 

Withdrawn after the 5th day of the third semester of separation from fall and spring semesters (Winter and summer terms are excluded.)

Students on leave of absence

Withdrawn after the 5th day of the third semester after two consecutive  fall and spring leave semesters (Winter and summer terms are excluded.)

New admit undergraduate freshman, transfer and readmitted students

Withdrawn after the 5th day of the first semester if there was no registration or if all courses were dropped prior to the 5th day. (Winter and summer terms are excluded.)

Non-matriculated undergraduates (including HS, Visiting, Cross registered and auditor)

Inactivated after the 5th day of the first semester if there was no registration or if all courses were dropped prior to the 5th day. (Winter and summer terms are excluded.)
