Confirming Enrollment
Once I register, is there anything else I need to do to confirm my enrollment?
You will also receive a confirmation of enrollment notification in my.newpaltz.edu for the upcoming semester. Completing this step is an important part of the registration process and requires your acknowledgment.
The confirmation of enrollment becomes available after you have either:
- Paid at least 50% of your current semester charges, or
- Enrolled in the Time Payment Plan.
Students who enroll in the time payment plan will automatically confirm their enrollment when they make their first payment.
For all other students, the confirmation of enrollment can be completed by logging in to my.newpaltz.edu beginning on the dates listed below:
Fall semester: August 1
Winter session: December 1
Spring semester: December 1
Summer session: May 1
Students who do not confirm enrollment will not have access to their Brightspace course information and will be deregistered from classes.
