Jeffrey Korn '79

Jeffrey G. Korn ’79 (Second Vice Chair) is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Crexendo, Inc.,  (CXDO, Nasdaq) a publicly traded software technology company/ cloud communication company headquartered in Tempe, Arizona. Since assuming the role of CEO in 2023, he has led the company through a period of significant growth, profitability, and strategic expansion, overseeing the continued development of its award-winning cloud communications platform and software solutions.

Prior to becoming CEO, Mr. Korn served as Crexendo’s Chief Legal Officer and held several senior executive positions, including Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary. Earlier in his career, he served as General Counsel of Prosoft Training and practiced law in Jacksonville, Florida, focusing on corporate, securities, and business matters.

Mr. Korn has served on the boards of numerous public and private companies, foundations, and advisory organizations. He is widely recognized for his expertise in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities law, and executive leadership. In addition to his business and legal career, he has served as a lecturer and college instructor and has advised venture capital and private investment firms.

A graduate of State University of New York at New Paltz, Mr. Korn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Political Science before receiving his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. He resides in Austin, Texas, with his wife, Alyssa, and takes great pride in the accomplishments of his son, Ethan, a recent graduate of law school.
