The Jewish Studies Minor presents a pluralistic and inclusive program in Jewish Languages and Cultures that serves Jewish and non-Jewish students, religious and secular, Orthodox, Reform, Conservative or Catholic. In fact – anyone. Whether you would like to read the Hebrew Bible in the original, or learn about the Yiddish Theater, we present a wide range of courses in religion, history, literature, drama, film, art, and of course, Hebrew and Yiddish. We cover some of the many facets of Jewish culture, identity, community, and both religious and secular creation over five-thousand years.
