Official Transcript
An official transcript is printed on special, watermarked paper and is sent in a sealed, signature stamped envelope. An electronic transcript (PDF) is considered official if the intended party is the direct email recipient.
A printed transcript is not official if it is received unsealed. An electronic transcript is not official if it is forwarded from the requestor or re-scanned and emailed.
