Applications are open for the 2024-2025 Cole Fellowship. The Cole Fellowship is best suited for graduating college seniors and recent BA or MA graduates, who have a passion for art and ideas and who are committed to career paths in art, history, art education, museums, material culture, and/or collection management.
The Thomas Cole Site will be reviewing applications now through February 6th with priority consideration given to those who apply by January 24, 2024.
Each year the Thomas Cole National Historic site invites four talented candidates to join them for a one-year, full-time residential research fellowship. Selected Fellows for 2024 will get to live and work at the historic artist’s site and museum from June 5, 2024-May 27, 2025.
It is a generous program that offers support and structure for in-depth research along with the opportunity to work closely with staff on projects they choose, and that may range from historic and contemporary art exhibitions, collections, and publications to interpretation, education, and programs.
