The deadline to apply for the Excelsior Scholarship program for the Spring 2026 term is 2/3/2026. Existing Excelsior Scholarship recipients are not required to reapply. However, recipients must complete the FAFSA and the NYS TAP applications every year to determine income eligibility for the Excelsior program.
