Each semester, all ESL and Pathway students have a one-on-one meeting with a faculty/staff member to get advice and plan their future studies, and/or to talk about any issues they are facing.
Advising is also available to all international students from SUNY New Paltz staff regarding the following:
- Immigration, I-20, and travel
- Specialized ESL and academic planning
- Career Services
- CPT and OPT
- Orientation
- and more
To meet with our International Student Services advisors, students can come to Van den berg Hall room 201 during these walk-in hours without appointment:
11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays
(no walk-in advising hours on Wednesdays)
