Sometimes it is desirable to create an accelerated pathway for students so that they can complete their undergraduate and graduate programs in less time than doing each program separately. This not only saves students time, but it also saves them money. Students can take up to 12 Graduate-level courses in their undergraduate program (at Undergraduate tuition rates) as part of a 4+1 and apply those both to the Undergraduate and Graduate programs.
Schedule a Meeting with APLI
Your first step in starting a 4+1 proposal is to schedule a meeting with Academic Planning & Learning Innovation (APLI). Book a GR Curriculum Meeting with Vika Shock and Shala Mills.
4+1 programs only require internal approval, so the process typically occurs fairly quickly during Fall and Spring semesters.
